The track starts in the area of Ruia Lake, and the finish is at the bottom of the mountain, near the Gondola.
You are required to have a valid UCI license in order to ride in this event.

ATTENTION- riders under the age of 18 are required to come to the Race Office to get their registration kits accompanied by their parent/legal guardian. Or hold a valid, LEGAL document in which the parent/guardian states that they agree to let them participate at the competition.

Poiana Brasov, is also home of the Postavaru mountain, which is where Bikepark Postavaru is located.
As July is a busy period in Poiana Brașov, we strongly recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible.

The official team area is located in close proximity to the gondola station.

There are two ATMs in Poiana Brasov, one located at Rossignol Pub and one located at Teleferic Grand Hotel.
However, to be sure, we advise having cash money with you, if you need it, in case the ATMs don’t work.
There are NO exchange offices in Poiana Brasov, only in Brasov.
The course is built in the Bikepark Postăvaru, one of the largest and most popular mountain bike parks in Romania.
The bike park offers multiple downhill and flow trails with varying difficulty levels, set in natural alpine terrain with forest sections, roots, rocks, and fast open segments. Riders can expect a true mountain downhill experience with changing conditions throughout the race week.
The Bikepark is accessed via the gondola from Poiana Brașov and serves as the main hub for training, seeding runs, and race operations during the event.

The Race Office will be located in the main event area, close to the gondola station in Poiana Brașov. Exact location map will be published prior to race week.
All riders must collect their race number and event materials from the Race Office.
